Invasão (I)

They all come here from distant lands
Well it seems to me that it’s been planned
What are they looking for?
They have seen the open door
Not enough for our own folk, so coming here is just a joke
Refugee, you’re not fooling me
Refugee, you just want our jobs and our money
They all claim they’re refugees
Yeah, fleeing from their enemies
Give me money, give me more, and then protect me with your law
Given a house before your own, before you know it, you’ll have none
Refugee, you’re not fooling me
Refugee, you just want our jobs and our money
Give me money, I’m a refugee
You must pity me, I’m a refugee
Give me housing, I’m a refugee
Give me everything, ‘cos I’m……..a refugee
Refugee, you’re not fooling me
Refugee, you just want our jobs and our money
We got no money, we got no homes, yet they’re arriving in their droves
If violence happens, that’s a shame, politicians and their games
Everyone queues to fill their hands
What about the people of our own lands?
Refugee, you’re not fooling me
Refugee, you just want our jobs and our money
Refugee, you’re not fooling me
Refugee, you just want our jobs and our money
